Ricart Automotive Group Enters Into a One Year Agreement

Columbus Ohio – January 2013 – Ricart Automotive Group a new and used car dealership located on the 67 acre Ricart Mega Mall in southeast Columbus, has entered into a one year agreement to adopt Molloy’s Language Of Commitment communications model as the core operating philosophy for the 125 person service department. According to Dan Bryan, Director of Ricart’s Service department, “We are excited about partnering with the Molloy team to take our level of customer service and overall effectiveness to an entirely new level. The initial results are in and we are moving in the right direction”.
