Comparing last September and October with this year, we’ve had a 40% increase in sales. Our team is definitely more confident. With the Molloy BDG training we embarked on in July, the team is better prepared to present our programs than ever before. Our CSR’s do a much better job of answering the phone and qualifying potential new customers.
